HealthNet Gaston (HNG) is dedicated to providing access to affordable healthcare for low-income, uninsured Gaston County residents with chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.
HNG patients receive affordable primary medical care, access to specialty care, medication assistance, lab, diagnostic, and other hospital services, as well as case management, patient education and health coaching activities at no or low cost to the member.
For more information or to see if you are eligible to participate in HNG, go to www.healthnetgaston.org or call 704-874-1958.
